Through brief, trauma-informed, non-diagnostic consultation, CARE4Kids™ helps families address concerns early—without adding burden to providers or stigma for families.
Designed for prevention, early identification, and caregiver empowerment, CARE4Kids™ complements medical care with same-day or scheduled caregiver consults, provider collaboration, and care coordination when needed. The HEARTStart™ (Birth–5) model focuses on attachment, regulation, routines, and caregiver confidence during the most critical developmental years.

As the founder of Now Prosper Coaching & Consulting, Dr. Greer specializes in prevention-focused frameworks, leadership development, and community-based mental wellness strategies. She is also the founder of Authentic Heart Behavioral Health & Wellness, a separate clinical practice providing therapy and clinical programming.
